Series Description: Do you have to manage projects as part of your job but are not a project manager? We all have projects we manage individually or as part of a team. Having the right tools and information can make project management easier and more effective. This multi-session workshop will teach participants a four-step process for managing projects, large or small.
In this series participants will:
- Learn about four project management foundational behaviors
- Learn a project management framework
- Execute the right tasks at the right time, thereby decreasing project costs
- Recognize potential problems and issues related to project planning
- Identify and collaborate with stakeholders
- Develop a project plan
