Disappointments in life are unavoidable, but what we can avoid is getting demoralized. Emotional Intelligence is a set of valuable tools that can help to improve our satisfaction at work and at home. Come to this workshop to learn the tools for bouncing back from disappointments. We will review the fundamentals of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and practice specific self-awareness and self-management skills.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Review EQ Inward-Outward (self-others)
  • Review the five areas of Emotional Intelligence
  • Identify when talking too much interferes
  • Understand resilience and apply learning
