Exam week stress? End of the semester slump? Ready to finish up and head home for a break?

Take time to center yourself, relax, and prepare to shine with A Mindful Experience.

This day long retreat will feature various contemplative practices such as yoga, meditation, and creative arts.

Contemplative practices can help reduce stress, improve focus, and increase attention…just in time for exam week.

Join us December 7th for a day that will serve you in every way!

The first 50 students to register will receive a free yoga mat.

Registration for the day event will occur November 15-30.  Those that register for the entire day will receive a free lunch.

Registration for individual sessions will occur December 1-4.
