Ethical Reasoning and Sustainability
Fri, 28 Mar 2014 12:20 PM - 1:50 PM
ISAT nTelos Room (RM259)
Facilitators from The Madison Collaborative: Ethical Reasoning in Action will engage participants in an experience that illustrates the complexities of making decisions in difficult ethical situations. Drawing from scenarios in the book Mountains Beyond Mountains: The Quest of Dr. Paul Farmer, a Man Who Would Cure the World, participants will apply Eight Key Questions for ethical reasoning to complicated situations and also see how the environmental, economic, and social aspects of the situation are often inextricably connected. The event does not require participants to have read the book.
