More than 200,000 visitors per day tasted, drank, learned, and shopped at Salone del Gusto International from October 25 to October 29, 2012. Cheese, chocolate, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto and more filled four pavilions of exhibit space. Come learn one visitor’s perspective on the relationship between the food movement’s drive to improve the nutrition and taste of diets and the environmental movement’s consideration of stewardship and sustainability.
