Writing/Designing Winning NSF Proposals Workshop

There will be a one-day workshop to be held at Johns Hopkins University. This seminar is perfect for those who want to submit research proposals to the National Science Foundation (NSF). It is taught by experienced faculty who have received various NSF grants and served as evaluators on review panels. You will participate in interactive exercises and discussions, and leave the workshop with a better understanding of how to research, write and develop your proposal. 

You will learn how to: 

  • Navigate the NSF website 
  • Read and interpret RFAs 
  • Compose the pieces of the NSF proposal 
  • Develop and write the Intellectual Merit and Broader Impact statements 
  • Understand the scoring and review process 
  • Submit proposals that reach the top of competitions

Course Fee - $395*

*Fee is in US dollars. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The registration fee includes materials, a certificate of completion, and continental breakfast.

There is a $25/person discount available for groups or a $50 discount for those who take both the NIH and NSF workshops. Only the highest discount will be applied.
