Are you concerned about the “all you can eat” dining options on campus? Are you having a difficult time preparing individual meals in your off campus apartment? This program will take you through easy-to-understand dietary guidelines for all food groups and will discuss ways to maintain appropriate portion size while maximizing nutritional content of meals and snacks.
