TRX 101

Interested in getting more out of your workout? Learn more about TRX suspension training to take your workout to the next level. This session will give you the essential information necessary to use TRX as part of your regular fitness routine. Come prepared to exercise!

Location: TRX Training Center, 2nd floor UREC
