Canoeing on the Shenandoah River
Sat, 27 Apr 2013 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Enjoy being out on the water? Join us on a canoe adventure where you will forget all about the pace of campus life and spend time watching blue herons, bald eagles, and osprey in their natural habitat. Our single day trip usually is spent on the nearby South Fork of the Shenandoah between the towns of Shenandoah and Luray. We make it a point to stop along the way for you to enjoy your lunch. For those who are new to adventure programs. No required knowledge or skill related to canoeing required.
Register at UREC with $35 FLEX by 11pm Thursday before the trip.
