Kayak 101

This is a great way to learn about the sport of whitewater kayaking during the colder months. We will bring the boats down to the pool where you have the opportunity to learn about boat fit, wet exits, and a variety of paddle strokes. We will sometimes end the session with a game of kayak basketball or polo. For those who are new to adventure programs. No required knowledge, skill or physical ability.
Register at UREC by 11pm the day before the program with $5 FLEX.
