Our core is a part of our body that we use everyday. Join Karen for a Yoga class focused on working those abs and lower back so that we can maintain our cores and be the best we can be!
Location: Godwin Multi-Purpose Studio
UREC's Group Fitness Happy Hours are different every week! Each class offers a unique, fun workout. Hip-hop, aerobics, kickboxing, mind/body theme classes and more! Instructor’s choice! Choreography varies. All fitness levels welcome.
Register online 24 hours to 15 minutes before the program.
