Self-Defense Level 1

This class meets once a week for 5 weeks to learn realistic self-defense techniques. Participants will practice stance and balance, striking with hands, feet, and knees, and learn how to escape in different situations. All skill levels welcome!

This is a 5-class series from 6-7pm on January 28, February 4, 11, 18, and 25. Class will be held in the Godwin Combatives Room.

Register at UREC at least 24 hours before the first session with $10 FLEX.
