Happy Hour: National Yoga Day

Let’s pack the MAC! Join Alyssa and Karen in celebrating how wonderful yoga is! On National Yoga Day, we'll work on some poses with partners to deepen our stretches and advance our practice. So bring a friend with you or meet a new one during this class!

You don’t want to miss out, first 20 participants receive a prize. A raffle will also take place to give away a yoga mat!

Register online 24 hours to 15 minutes before the first session.
