Metric Monday

Are you used to swimming in pools that are 25 yards long? Have you ever swum in a 25 meter pool? Well if you haven’t had a chance to swim meters, you will every Monday morning from 6:30-9:00 am at UREC. Switching our pool to meters adds 7.02 feet to every lap, which doesn’t seem like much, but it really adds up! There will also be Circuit Stations outside the lap swimming area so that you can work on your muscular strength and endurance!

No registration necessary, however, you must provide your valid JAC for access to the facility.
