Career day is a great opportunity to meet JMU graduates in political science, public policy & administration, and international affairs who are employed in various fields:

  • Federal Government & Advocacy

  • State & Local Government
    • Miller Hall 2180
      • This panel will be held at 10:30am, 1:15pm, & 3pm

This spring's panelists have work experience in federal agencies (such as Homeland Security and the Department of State), the U.S. Congress, the intelligence community (including the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Director of National Intelligence, and government contractors), nonprofit issue advocacy groups, state agencies in Virginia (such as the Department of Agriculture), local government, and the private sector.

No pre-registration is needed for these panels. If you are interested in learning about career opportunities, in building job-seeking skills, and in making connections, please attend on Friday!
