Kent Greenfield, Professor of Law, will present a Visiting Scholar Lecture on his new book Corporations are People Too (and They Should Behave Like It). Through the lenses of moral and legal philosophy, he will consider the nature of persons and their moral obligations and rights, as well as why corporations should be considered "persons" and what moral obligations and rights they should have. Location Harrison Hall: 2105.
