February 11: Faculty and Staff Town Hall Meeting:

Let your voice be heard and be a part of JMU history!

It is a very exciting time to be a member of the JMU community because we each have been invited to participate in one of the largest planning processes ever coordinated – The Madison Future Commission. The MFC is working on the next strategic plan for the entire university. You can lend your support simply by expressing your opinion on improvements or new ideas that may impact you either professionally, personally, or as a citizen. You can also help by letting the MFC know how you see the future of JMU and what is important to you about JMU.

President Alger is committed to the idea that everyone has a chance to provide their input. Therefore, several Town Hall meetings have been scheduled in an attempt to accommodate Faculty/Staff participation. Please choose from one of the scheduled dates/times below for your convenience:

Wednesday, January 30	Grafton-Stovall	9:00-10:00 am
Thursday, February 7	Grafton-Stovall	2:00-3:00 pm
Monday, February 11	Festival - Highlands Room	10:00-11:00 am

Your contributions can be made via silent ballots (which will be collected at the door) or you can speak during the open forum.
