This event is for JMU students.
Dolley Madison introduced ice
cream to the White House and served it at James Madison’s second inaugural ball
in 1813. Come enjoy ice cream floats
and learn more about the connection with Dolley Madison and ice cream. Stations
of “ice cream through the ages” from Dolley Madison’s to Mary Ann Alger’s
favorite flavors.
This event will start the week-long celebration of the Inauguration and Madison Week.
