Take time to center yourself, relax, and prepare to shine with A Mindful Experience.

This retreat will feature various contemplative practices such as yoga, meditation, and creative arts. 

Contemplative practices can help reduce stress, improve focus, and increase attention…just in time for exam week.

Join us December 7 for a day that will serve you in every way!
