Thursday, April 3   “Best Practices in Professional Presentations: Posters, Scholarly Presentations, and Talks”

Employers consistently report communication as among the most important skills they seek when hiring.  In academic contexts, being able to clearly and succinctly communicate your research and scholarship to both small and large audiences is critical to gaining the interest of colleagues and disseminating your work.  Panelists will offer guidance on best practices in both preparing and delivering a professional presentation, including participating in poster sessions.
