Cooking Demo.- Dumpling Making

Whether you have a lot of cooking experience, or even cooked Chinese food before, you should come over. It will be easy, fun, and great way to engage with lots of great people from around the world.

Lunar Festival or Spring Festival lasts 15 days during which food is central to all Chinese festivals, but sugary snacks are especially important for LNY, since they sweeten up prospects for the coming year. A traditional holiday treats include nian gao (rice pudding), babaofan (eight treasure rice), jau goks (crispy dumplings), candied fruits and seeds.

What better time is there to offer this cooking demo with the Lunar New year starting tomorrow? The crispy dumplings is what we will make (and eat) thanks to our special chef. Bring over your friend. Everyone is welcome!
