The extended deadline for applications is Tue, Jan 29 at 5 PM. 

Individual scholarly productivity will be fostered through participation in a writing accountability community that encourages and supports the cultivation and completion of a journal article over a 5-week period. This facilitated scholarship community offers faculty both an offline and online space to: develop a scholarly writer’s profile; plan a journal article; share and learn tips and strategies for successful publications; develop academic writing habits; dedicate time to writing and editing; and celebrate success. Over the 5-week period, participants will need to commit to being present for five, semi-structured, 3.5-hour meetings in person. Participants will also share their progress, tips, reflections, and hardships through an online accountability page to support each other. Whether working on a new manuscript or making revisions, this experience will help scholars move toward journal manuscript completion.

  • Advancing a scholarly writing project;
  • Developing a scholarly writer’s profile;
  • Moving a writing project through a guided peer review process; and
  • Moving a writing project through an online accountability group.

  • Enhancing scholarly productivity; and
  • Advancing scholarly skills.
