JMU faculty members often seek to integrate community engagement into their courses to enhance their students' learning through dynamic partnerships. Community partners frequently seek to collaborate with JMU to build capacity and increase energy. But how do faculty members and community partners more effectively find each other and build mutually beneficial relationships? This networking opportunity brings together community partners and faculty members over lunch to initiate new relationships and strengthen existing ones. Faculty and staff from JMU's Center for Faculty Innovation, Community Service-Learning, and Outreach and Engagement departments will facilitate connections and help participants build networks to increase opportunities for student learning and enhance community impact.
