This roundtable discussion is intended for senior faculty who want to be intentional about “finishing well” in the later stages of their career. Because of their experience and long-term commitment to the university, these faculty members are in a unique position to shape the culture and trajectory of their institution, and to have a lasting impact on their fields. The purpose of this roundtable is to discuss and prioritize personal and institutional challenges to realizing this potential and to identify opportunities for working together to address them.
