“This conference focuses on identifying and seeking solutions to issues facing women of African descent in higher education. It seeks to represent our diversity and uniqueness, our strengths and our challenges across higher education inclusive of community colleges, predominantly white institutions and historically black colleges and universities.”

The conference welcomes ALL staff, faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students.
