Intelligence and the Transition from War to Peace

Wed, 19 Mar 2014 8:00 AM - Mon, 20 Jan 2014 5:00 PM

The purpose of the conference is to examine the role of intelligence in the transition from war to peace at the end of the conflict in Bosnia in 1995.  This event follows the Central Intelligence Agency’s decision to declassify several hundred documents detailing intelligence support to U.S. policymakers.  Topics to be addressed include, but are not limited to: diplomacy, military intervention, ethnicity, conflict resolution, and the role of moral concerns in foreign policy.  For more information, visit
