Student Organizations - Rates

Student organizations are not charged facility rental fees for general purpose classrooms or University Unions space. Facility fees may apply for other spaces. Fees for services may also apply. For any event which has been approved beyond building hours, a $25 per hour fee will be charged.

Invoices for any charges will be generated and sent directly to the organization mailbox. Balance is due in full within 30 days from invoice date. If balance is not paid in full within 30 days from invoice date, all reservation privileges will be revoked. If balance is not paid in full within 60 days from invoice date, all active reservations will be cancelled. Other club privileges may also be revoked.
