Edith J. Carrier Arboretum pavilion

Dr. Oliver Hyman, assistant professor of biology at JMU, presents “It’s a Frog’s Life.” Frogs are among the most interesting kinds of arboretum creatures. Learn how their predatory and dietary habits help keep ecosystems in balance. Because frogs are early indicators of pollution, they are important residents of the arboretum, which supports clean storm water management for area waterways.
