Dr. Nathan Sprague, assistant professor of computer science at JMU, presents “Deep Neural Networks vs. Space Invaders: Teaching a Computer to Play Atari.”  Sprague introduces artificial neural networks, describes recent progress in deep neural networks and discusses the application of these networks to problems that involve reasoning and decision making.
