Dr. Tami Williams, assistant professor of film studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, presents “Feminist Film Pioneer: Germaine Dulac (1882-1942).” Williams, an internationally recognized expert on Dulac and on early cinema, is publishing the first monograph on the long-neglected French film director.
