Madison Vision SeriesThe Office of the President, in conjunction with the Madison Institutes of JMU’s department of Outreach and Engagement and funded by donors to the Madison Forever Vision Fund, welcomes Professor A.E. Dick Howard as the inaugural speaker for the Madison Vision Series: Contemporary Issues in an Engaged Society. He will deliver an address, “James Madison’s Long Shadow: What Have Other Nations Gleaned from the American Constitutional Experience?” Howard, the White Burkett Miller Professor of Law and Public Affairs at the University of Virginia, is an expert in the fields of constitutional law, comparative constitutionalism and the Supreme Court.
