Wine and Cheese in the Trees

A business and culinary expert from Showalter’s Orchard and Greenhouses of Timberville lectures on hard cider production, varieties and culinary uses while guests with reservations enjoy fine hard ciders, international cheeses and other seasonal refreshments. A JMU Catering chef will staff the evening’s program with a chocolate tasting.
Cost is $15 per person, which includes two beverages of choice (hard ciders and wines), displayed cheeses and crackers, and a chocolate tasting.
