MRD Alumni Band Weekend 2012
Mark your calendar and join the Marching Royal Dukes for Alumni
Band Day on Saturday, November 17 Join the current MRD's on the field or
watch from the crowd, while the Dukes battle it out with the ODU
Monarchs! This year we will be playing Get It On! with the current
MRDs.
The weekend begins on Friday, November 16 with a rehearsal with the MRDs at Bridgeforth Stadium.
Schedule of Events (check back for updates):
Friday, November 16
4:00pm - 7:00pm: Alumni instrument, jacket/hat/T-shirt distribution at Bridgeforth Stadium
6:00pm - 7:30pm: Join the MRDs in the Stadium to learn pregame and halftime plans
Join fellow alumni for an informal night on the town.
Saturday, November 17
8:30am - 10:00am: Rehearse with the MRDs and pick up your jackets/hats/Tshirt and instrument.
11:00am-Noon –Tour of the Forbes Performing Arts Center
3:00pm-5:00pm- Alumni Tailgate
3:00pm-5:00pm- Alumni Tailgate
5:30pm PREGAME Warm-Up at Eagle Hall
7:00pm GAMETIME – JMU vs ODU – Alumni Band will perform at Pregame and Halftime
Sunday, November 18
9:30am - 11:00am: Brunch in the morning at Wood Grill Buffet.
