Guest speaker Rick Castaneda, home/school liaison for Skyline Middle School, a bilingual support position for ESL teachers, guidance counselors, administrators and immigrant families, presents "It Takes One: Becoming the Change," focusing on current trends and issues affecting the local Latino community as well as educating participants about how to become catalysts for change on campus and beyond.
