Extracurricular activities can be a great way to extend an interest
in English beyond the classroom and even to build a resume. JMU
has a variety of organizations and publications that could be of
interest to English majors.
Sigma Tau Delta
Sigma Tau Delta is the International English
Honors Society. JMU’s
Psi Sigma chapter of Sigma Tau Delta sponsors a Valentine-Grams
Event in February in addition to hosting an annual Spring conference
for undergraduate papers.

3.25 and a 3.6 in English? If you meet these qualifications and
