Emeriti Association Officers




OFFICERS

The executive board is composed of seven members: president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, program chair, activities chair, and special events chair. The past president is invited to all executive board meetings by virtue of their positions. The Board meets at the beginning of the academic year to discuss the plans for the upcoming year and again in April to review the past year and plan for the next year.

Officers are elected biannually at the April meeting.

From the President's Desk...

Fall 2009

We are poised to begin our ninth year of frivolity and fellowship. As usual new things have been added. Two new interest groups emerged at your request last semester. They are the play reading group for "use-to-be" and "wanna-be" thespians, directed by Tom Arthur and Esther Minskoff and the lunch bunch which meets monthly in local restaurants, led by Bill Voige.

Terms have expired for two of our industrious executive board members. Violet Allain arranged our excellent programs for the past two years. Martha Caldwell, a founding member, has served as secretary, treasurer, and most recently as special events coordinator. They shall be missed. Elizabeth Ihle will become our special events coordinator and Margaret Horn will be our new program chair.
