2016-2017 University Committee Nomination Form
This form provides JMU employees with the opportunity to request placement on various university-wide committees. Please indicate your choices for the committee service that you would be willing to perform. There is no limit to the number of committees you may select. Please fill out and submit form by May 30, 2017.
A list of nominees will be compiled and forwarded to the President's Office for consideration during next year's university committee appointment process. In order to provide a diverse representation across campus constituencies, nominees will be placed based on the specific needs and membership availability of the committee(s) they have selected. A separate committee service form for faculty is available through the Faculty Marshal’s office.
