In all divisions power matching will proceed as follows:

Rounds 1-3 are pre-set.

Rounds 4 is high/low within brackets based upon rounds 1-3.

Round 5 is high/high based upon rounds 1-3.

Round 6 will be high/low within brackets based upon rounds 1-5 (if time permits).
