All JMU faculty, staff, students, and affiliates may request accounts to publish web content to a JMU web server. In addition to the servers maintained by Information Technology, several areas outside of IT also maintain web servers.
Before you begin...
- Proper planning insures a successful website project.
- Please review the website checklist prior to requesting web publishing access to official JMU web servers.
- Completion of the Information Publisher's Orientation Workshop is now required before access is granted to official JMU web servers.

Department and Program Web Pages: |
| Departments and Programs may publish on the JMU web, web.jmu.edu, or one of the college web servers. |

Faculty Web Pages: |
| Faculty may request web space on college web servers to publish information about their course, its goals, projects, etc. Departments may also allocate space for faculty publishing on their departmental website. |
