Teach For America

Charlotte, NC

Focus on Children and Youth; Focus on Education

We will be working with students from high-need schools. Millions of children are prevented from achieving to their potential by virtue of the zip code where they are born. TFA corps members work in the highest-need schools across the country to provide their students with the educational opportunities they deserve. By going on an ASB trip with TFA, we will be able to make a tangible impact in the classrooms, schools, and community in which we volunteer. We will help TFA to work toward the goal of ensuring educational equity and excellence for all children. The mission of TFA is to eliminate educational inequality.

Trip Leaders are Jessica Herr and Alyssa Suran.
