Focus on Hunger and Housing

We are going to Horizon House in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Horizon House is a day shelter that provides meals and various resources.  We will be assisting in serving meals and possibly helping people with job development skills and getting them back on their feet.  Our focus will be on maintaining the dignity of homeless neighbors and their right to have basic needs. We will be learning more about the homeless population during our time at Horizon House.  We will also have time to explore Indianapolis, home of the Indy 500!  It will be a fun learning experience!
