Focus on HIV/AIDS

APLA is a non-profit community-based organization that provides vital services to men, women and children living with HIV and AIDS in Los Angeles County. APLA provides treatment and prevention education as well as advocates on behalf of people living with AIDS on AIDS-related legislation on the federal, state and local levels. While in Los Angeles, we will be working in various areas of the agency! Including, but not limited to: assisting with the food bank, housing, publications, and other special events. This trip will be an incredible opportunity to interact and advocate for those living and affected with HIV and AIDS!

Trip leaders are Sarah Ward & Jessie Raines.
