Outreach Services

In an effort to reach out to students, faculty, and staff, the Counseling Center provides educational programming on mental health topics of interest to the campus community. Previous workshops and programs have covered topics such as:

  • How to Help a Friend with an Eating Disorder
  • Intimacy in Relationships
  • Self-Esteem
  • Time Management
  • Depression in Men

  • Understanding Destructive Relationships

Other workshop topics are available and can be tailored for the needs of the intended audience. When making special requests, please keep in mind that additional time may be needed to develop the program. CSDC staff members are available to present workshops to University residence halls, classes, and other campus organizations.
