Beginning Piano Classes for Adults

Beginning Piano is a fun, relaxing class where you will learn the essentials of reading and playing music, including: folk, light classics, and easy jazz pieces. You will also become familiar with the keyboard, music notation, playing "by ear", understanding rhythms, chords, and composing a song. This course is taught by an experienced instructor who can help you get a great start at making music at the piano. For those who have always wanted to learn but never had the opportunity - now is the time to get started! It is never too late to learn...
Recommended, but not required: a piano or keyboard for home practice.
Registration Information
Enrollment
- Enrollment is limited to 16 students per class.
- Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Payment for the course is expected at time of enrollment.
- Please request enrollment by April 21.
- If the class is full when you enroll, you will be placed on a waiting list.
- If you have enrolled and need to withdraw, please do so as soon as possible to allow another person to take the class.

- Course Fee: $255 (includes a $15 book/materials fee)
