Our Conference staff offers a variety of services available for your group’s
needs. Our JMU Catering Department provides a wide selection of menu items for themed
events, buffets, plated meals, receptions, boxed lunches, and party platters.

Each conference group is assigned a Conference Assistant, who will work with you
prior to and during your event. They will provide assistance in the following
areas: campus signage, meal guarantees, transportation, parking, linen,
check-in/check-out, facility setups, and audiovisual equipment. Click on the

Conference Assistants.Our Registration Services office can provide your conference with one, two, or
all three forms of registrations. We offer pre-conference, basic registration,
and on-site registration services. Please click on the link to the left to
learn more about what we offer.
For conference groups who will utilize teleconferencing and/or
videoconferencing for their meetings, we can arrange this service for a fee.
