What We Do

Teaching and learning to enhance performance and improve effectiveness serve as the foundation of our program offerings. IT Training staff members encourage all employees to develop the technical skills and competencies to perform their job duties effectively and efficiently.

To aid JMU faculty and staff to become skilled at campus-supported software, the IT Training Department offers courses, online tutorials, house calls, telephone assistance, and skills inventories.
