Tutorial - Using the Allowed Senders

Using the Allowed Senders

Messages from senders on your Allowed Senders are always sent to your Inbox.

To create an Allowed Senders List:

  1. From the Options pages (Webmail) or the Account pages (Administration Suite) click Junk Mail Control.
  2.

  3. In the E-mail address or Domain Name text box enter senders who you want on your Allowed Senders and click Add To Allowed Senders.

  4. To remove senders from your Allowed Senders highlight the senders e-mail address or domain name and click Remove.

Example valid Allowed Senders entries:

  • allan@example.com: Specifically adds the user allan from example.com to the Allowed Senders.
  • @example.com: Adds any address at example.com to the White List.
  • @*.example.com: Adds any address at any host within the example.com domain to the Allowed Senders
