Tutorial - Opening and Using you Address Book

Opening and Using your Address Book - This is a component of Webmail that allows you to create, maintain, and use a customized database of contact information.  Web Cal also access the same Address Book database file, for an integrated information solution.

Click on Address Book on the navigational sidebar on the left and the following screen will appear:

The most noticeable change will be that ALL addresses from any of your address books are incorporated into one master address book.  All groups (from the old e-mail client)  have been migrated.

Across the top is a navigational bar that assists in using the Address Book.

Contacts - the term used in Webmail's address book to identify an person or entity and all of their information.  Contacts is the default screen in Address Books.  The screen below indicates that there are 161 entries in this address book and that this page displays the first 15.

Navigational links include Previous, Next, First, and Last to move quickly through the address book.  You can also click on any letter in the alphabet to view just those entries that are sorted on that letter.
