Recovering from an infected computer

If you live on-campus, you may have access to JMU Computing Support services to help you recover. If you live off-campus, generally, you'll need to contract with an outside support provider if you cannot do the work yourself and it can't be handled over the phone with the JMU Computing HelpDesk.
