JMU IT support for Office 2010 begins

  • Fall semester, 2010 for students
  • January 1, 2011 for faculty and staff

Supported Versions

  • JMU-owned computers
    Professional Plus

  • For personally-owned computers
    Professional, Professional Plus



All support, testing, recommendations, etc. apply only to Office 2010 (32-bit) on a PC. Office 2010 will not be tested on a Windows capable Mac.

Microsoft recommends the 32-bit version of Office 2010 on all platforms.
